This website is operated by Revel Strategies LLC (“Revel,” “we,” or “us”). This policy describes the information we collect through the website and how it is used.

You may choose to provide an email address, and any information you include when you contact us or schedule a conversation with us.

The assessment collects the scope you select, your responses, an assessment identifier, timing information, the results and classifications generated from your responses, and related information about the next-step actions you select.

Assessment responses may be stored before you enter an email address. When you enter an email address to access your detailed profile, that email address is associated with your assessment record.

Selecting “Email Me This Profile” sends your participant-facing profile to the email address you provided. Entering an email address alone does not send the profile and does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We do not currently use the assessment email address to enroll visitors in a newsletter or marketing list.

We use information to generate and deliver the profile you request, understand assessment outcomes and engagement with next-step actions, support conversations you request, maintain the website’s functionality, and improve our services and operational insights.

Information is processed and stored using service providers that support the website and its functions. These include Google services for assessment records, email and workspace, and scheduling; Lovable infrastructure for website hosting and transactional email; and Google Fonts for website typography.

Booking through Google Calendar is subject to Google’s handling of the information you enter into its booking service. Third-party services maintain their own privacy practices.

The website uses session storage, which is cleared when you close your browser tab, to maintain assessment progress, prevent duplicate submissions, and preserve consultation context during your visit.

The website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics, and does not intentionally set advertising or marketing cookies.

Standard technical information, such as IP address and browser information, may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers as part of delivering the website and its resources.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, for legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, or as required by applicable law.

You may contact us about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or with any other question about this policy, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

We may update this policy as the website and our services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
